About Holly
Life leads to many instances where we feel overwhelmed, depleted, and in need of support. Maybe it is a struggle with anxiety or depression, a negative belief, an addiction, or perhaps you have been hit by betrayal or a lack of connection to your partner. I believe we all have the ability to heal, grow, and transform. My own experiences of healing my trauma, going through a divorce, and blending families motivated me to give back what I so gratefully received.
I primarily use two bottom-up approaches, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Internal Family Systems (parts work). I believe that with the right kind of somatic help, traumatic experiences can be transformed into a source of strength and self-love. On an individual level, I specialize in trauma, day-to-day struggles, and the treatment of unwanted sexual behaviors including sexual addiction, compulsive pornography use, infidelity, and affairs. I have a special place in my heart for partners experiencing betrayal trauma.
From a couple’s perspective, I work through the lens of Gottman Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy, helping couples with emotional disconnection, communication struggles, unresolved conflict, parenting stress, blending families, and infidelity. If you feel like we may be a good fit, I would love to be part of your healing journey.
