Men’s Sexual Compulsivity & Attachment Healing Group
LOCATION: Online via Zoom
WHEN: Ongoing Thursdays at 8pm-9:30pm
(Any new members will have a 15-minute consultation call with the group facilitator to ensure the group is a good fit for you)

Description
Change is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. This group offers a confidential, steady, non-judgmental space for men who feel stuck in cycles of sexual compulsivity, pornography overuse, or behaviors that don’t match their values or relationships. We go beyond behavior management. Using a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, we explore how shame, avoidance, unmet needs, and past wounds influence the ways we cope. You’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, connect with your inner world, strengthen self-leadership, and move toward healthier relationships and deeper emotional alignment. Each session blends vulnerable connection, teaching, guided reflection and experiential exercises. Expect respect, structure, encouragement, and a path toward genuine change. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just a willingness to begin and build on the coping skills that you have already received.

Find steady ground after betrayal. This weekly therapist-led group offers a confidential space for women experiencing Betrayal Trauma to breathe, learn, and heal at their own pace. Together we’ll practice grounding skills, rebuild trust in your inner wisdom, and explore tools for calm boundaries, and self-care. You don’t have to do this alone: come as you are, and be met with compassion and community.
What to Expect
90 min weekly group sessions for approximately 12-18 months
- Trained therapist guiding you through the healing process.
- Opportunity for a confidential space where you can learn, offer and receive feedback, process your experience and connect.
- Ability to join for one month or multiple months.
