Group Description

Your Spiritual Sanctuary is a group for those of us who are seeking to strike a balance between mental, emotional, and spiritual health. When we consider our true thoughts towards religion, church, or God, many of us find ourselves incredibly isolated and without a safe place to raise those voices. For many of us, there exists a “gray area” where the lines of spirituality and religion are incredibly blurred. For some of us, it may even be difficult to acknowledge that gray area.

This group will help participants construct and choose the right lens to help them see those blurred lines clearly, and to authentically define their relationship with God, the church, spirituality, and religion in a healthy, holistic, and integrated way.
