About John
My desire to understand people, help them heal, and flourish drew me to the mental health field. I truly value the power of choices and strive to withhold judgment as I support clients living according to their values. I hope to help clients build a life they would choose to live again in the same way. Facilitating self-reflection and accountability, I take a holistic approach to the constellation of mental health, educating clients on biological and mental interventions for optimal functioning.
I grew up in an art studio in the Sonoran Desert outside of Phoenix, Arizona (my father is a professional artist), and I love to create. Creativity is one of the most powerful tools we all possess, and we can be agents to change our lives for the better through this ability. I’m a classically trained singer, an award-winning artist, a merciless volleyball player, an animal lover, and a comedian (you may disagree, but that’s show biz).
