About Anna
Our life experiences shape how we connect with others and make sense of the world. Sometimes, those experiences leave us feeling stuck—whether it’s avoiding conflict, feeling emotionally numb, or noticing physical signs like tension, chronic pain, or fatigue. These patterns might have once protected you, but over time, they can deepen the very disconnection you’re trying to avoid.
Healing happens when we reconnect with our emotions and recognize how they affect both the mind and body. In our work together, we’ll use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed methods to help you break old patterns and create new ones.
Whether you’re facing relationship challenges, unresolved grief, trauma, or just feeling lost in life, I’m here to offer a calm, supportive space. You already have strengths within you—my job is to help you rediscover them. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk that path with you. Let’s get started.
