About Grant

I want to help you live in connection with who you really are. So many of us feel disconnected from ourselves, others, God, and the world around us. Whether you are struggling to understand or overcome a behavior, feel lost or stuck in finding your purpose, or have encountered difficulties in your relationships that leave you feeling disconnected, hurt, or even afraid, I can help.

I specialize in helping people who struggle with unwanted sexual behavior and addictions. I take a shame-free, trauma-informed approach to help people recover their sense of self and find freedom from challenges they may have struggled with for a very long time. I also understand how difficult these issues can be for partners, and I specialize in helping them find their way to safety and healing.

In addition to my counseling work, I serve as Clinical Director at Therapy Utah, which has given me a thorough understanding of the specialties and skill sets of our therapists. If you’re ready to schedule but unsure who would be the best fit for your needs, I’m happy to consult so you can feel confident you’re paired with the best clinician for you.
