About Kelly
I love helping people navigate life with humor, compassion, and skills. I believe therapy should be a partnership where the client and therapist collaborate to create a trusting, secure therapeutic relationship. I have a knack for making complex psychological concepts approachable and a talent for helping clients better access their own clarity and insight. I want clients to know that hopelessness is always a lie and that healing is possible and probable.
Part of what drew me to the field of clinical therapy is my genuine love for people. I also love animals, plants, and country music, and you’ll often find me spending time with my family and friends, taking walks with my Labradoodle, or harvesting giant pumpkins in my backyard garden. I love learning and teaching and really enjoy my additional role as an adjunct professor at Utah Valley University in the department of social work.
