About Megan
Hey there! My name is Megan and I love books, my family, being outside (in a walk-in-the-park, enjoy-the-sunset kind of way), finding whimsy, and Taylor Swift.
Having walked my own path of healing, I know that choosing a therapist can be overwhelming, especially when you’re already having a hard time. I use a collaborative approach where we work together to help you find healing. My goal is to create a space where you can cultivate self compassion and authenticity, allowing you to build trust with yourself. You are the expert of your life and I’m here to help you tap into that expertise. Drawing from attachment theory, I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as other modalities to help you create safety and foster growth. I believe healing is possible with gentleness and kindness, not by forcing yourself into something. I look forward to working with you!
I also see clients by secure online video, so distance doesn’t have to be a barrier — see our online therapy page for details.
