Are you looking for a trusted ally to support your child or teenager on their journey to emotional well-being and resilience? Parenting is no easy feat and navigating the ups and downs of your child’s emotional world can sometimes feel overwhelming. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration. Whether it’s recovering from trauma, coping with family changes, or managing anxiety and depression, I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where young clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their thoughts and feelings. I’m also passionate about supporting children and their parents through the process of improving communication and strengthening familial relationships to reduce conflict and build trust.

I have experience working with kids, teens, and young adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, life transitions, relational conflicts, and more. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques in practice to address these issues, including play therapy, sand tray therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they navigate the critical period of development, which is childhood and adolescence.

I love working with kids and teens and am passionate about the work I do. Our kids are the future and I believe whole-heartedly in giving them the safety, support, and skills they need to thrive in today’s world.
