About Natasha
Life can feel heavy when you’re overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to make sense of emotions, relationships, or experiences that feel bigger than you can sort through alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and begin finding clarity again.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported, not judged or pushed. My goal is to create a space where you can show up honestly, explore what you’re carrying, and begin reconnecting with your strength, identity, and sense of direction.
I work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective and enjoy supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they move through difficult seasons, better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and build skills for feeling more grounded, connected, and resilient.
I believe every person has strengths within them, even when life has made them hard to access. Therapy is a place to uncover those strengths, make sense of your story, and begin creating a life that feels more connected and authentic. I show up with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique experiences.
Whether you’re walking through a painful season, trying to understand yourself more deeply, or hoping to feel more connected to who you are, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
