About Riley

I am deeply passionate about helping individuals overcome their challenges and become their healthiest and happiest selves. I would describe my therapeutic approach as warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. My main goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients can comfortably explore their thoughts and emotions. I tailor my sessions to align with each individual’s distinct needs and goals, helping you recognize the strength within yourself to grow and heal.

I love working with children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s ups and downs. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or struggles with confidence and self-esteem, I’m here to support you with compassion and encouragement. My goal is to help you feel empowered, build resilience, and discover your inner strength. No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to go through it alone — I’m here to walk alongside you.

I infuse each session with positivity and encouragement. Whether we’re celebrating your victories, navigating challenges, or sharing a moment of connection, you can count on me to be your steadfast cheerleader every step of the way.
