About Whittney

Welcome! I am so glad you are here! Life is a growth journey, and sometimes things come up that make it hard to manage it all on your own. I admire your ability to look and reach out for extra support. Asking for help can be the hardest part and takes a lot of courage.

My role in the therapeutic process is to be a guide—walking alongside you as you uncover your own solutions and help empower you to act on them.

Together, we’ll work to overcome the challenges you’re facing and build a life that aligns with your values, strengths, and hopes. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults, and have experience in areas such as trauma, anxiety, OCD, relationship concerns, suicidality, and recovery from compulsive behaviors, including problematic pornography use.

No matter where you are on this path, you have strengths and gifts that are special to you. I love discovering what makes each person special, and then helping you recognize those parts of yourself too. Thank you for letting me be a part of this journey with you!
