About Harris
Life can feel overwhelming when old patterns, painful experiences, or difficult relationships begin to shape the way we see ourselves and others. I believe therapy should be a place where clients feel respected, understood, and supported as they work toward greater clarity, freedom, and hope.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I am especially interested in helping children, adolescents, adults, and families better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, behavior, relationships, and personal meaning. I value the therapeutic relationship as a space where clients can slow down, tell the truth about what they are carrying, and begin building practical tools for healing and growth.
Before entering the counseling field, I spent many years working in education, youth and family programming, nonprofit leadership, and consulting. Those experiences shaped my desire to walk with people through seasons of transition, stress, and change. I continue to be drawn to work that honors the whole person: mind, body, relationships, story, and purpose.
