About Noah
You’re here for a reason. Maybe you’re struggling, feeling stuck, or just know things could be better—and I’m here to help you navigate it.
I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family challenges, low self-esteem, and shame.
Some of my most meaningful work has been with teenagers and young adults, helping them build a strong foundation during critical years. For adults, I help them stop surviving and start thriving in relationships, work, and everyday life. Additionally, I help those who feel overwhelmed or isolated as a result of technology and social media use.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my amazing wife, fly fishing, camping, or watching sports. In session, I’m fully engaged and genuine, helping you reconnect and create lasting change. I’d love to connect and get started.
