Alpine is a quiet place, and quiet places can make a hard year feel like something you should be handling on your own. You should not have to. Our office is fifteen or twenty minutes down the canyon road.

We are in Lehi, not Alpine

Let us be direct, because a lot of therapy websites are not. Therapy Utah has one office, at 3082 W Maple Loop Drive, Suite 200, in Lehi. From Alpine it is about fifteen to twenty minutes — down Alpine Highway and west on SR-92. Free parking, and it is near Lambert Park if that helps you place it.

We also see clients online anywhere in Utah. If the drive is what has been stopping you, take that option and stop waiting.

What we help with

People come to us from Alpine for grief, for trauma that surfaced long after the event, and for the particular strain of holding a life together that looks fine from the outside. None of that requires a diagnosis to be worth treating.

Our clinicians work with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and grief and loss. We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, teen and child therapy, group therapy, and psychological evaluations.

Our approaches include EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, CBT, and DBT. If you are not sure which fits, that is what the matching questions are for — see all of our therapy approaches.

Not sure who to see?

Fit is part of the treatment. The working relationship between you and your therapist is one of the strongest predictors of whether therapy helps — so rather than guessing from a directory, tell us what you are working through and we will match you with the therapists whose training actually fits.

Questions people from Alpine ask

Where exactly are you?

3082 W Maple Loop Drive, Suite 200, in Lehi. From Alpine it is roughly fifteen to twenty minutes without traffic.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, throughout Utah. For some people the drive is the deciding factor, and video sessions are a legitimate form of treatment, not a lesser one.

I am not in crisis. Should I still come?

Yes. The threshold clinicians use is interference — whether what you are carrying is getting in the way of your work, your relationships, your sleep. Not severity.
